RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
I hereby acknowledge that I have applied and contracted to participate in the sport activity fishing and
activities associated with, jungle walks, ocean swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and/or horseback riding,
with jungle animals/sea life, equipment, vehicles and/or services provided by Drago Adventures. I ALSO
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM IN GOOD PHYSICAL HEALTH, PHYSICALLY FIT AND MENTALLY ABLE TO
PARTICIPATE IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED ACTIVITIES. By reading and reserving I have accepted the
agreement herein

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that any bodily injury, death or loss of personal property, damage to property
and any expenses thereof as a result of my negligence or the negligence of my family or minor children
participating in any scheduled or unscheduled activities as contemplated here are my
responsibility.
I understand and agree that the activities such as horseback riding, jungle walks, kayaking, snorkeling,
swimming in the open ocean involves numerous risks of injury that are my responsibility and I assume these
risks, including loss of control, collisions, obstacles whether they are obvious or not obvious. I and/or my
family further understand that an animal, irrespective of it’s usual past behavior and characteristics, may
act or react unpredictably at times based upon instinct or fright which is an inherent risk to be assumed by
each participant in the activities described above.
AS LAWFUL CONSIDERATION FOR BEING PERMITTED BY DRAGO ADVENTURES TO PARTICIPATE IN
THE ACTIVITY OF HORSEBACK RIDING, JUNGLE WALKS, KAYAKING, SNORKELING OR SWIMMING IN
OPEN OCEAN, I DO HEREBY RELEASE FROM ANY LEGAL LIABILITY, AGREE NOT TO SUE, CLAIM
AGAINST, ATTACH THE PROPERTY OF OR PROSECUTE, AND FURTHER AGREE TO DEFEND,
INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS, Drago Adventures, any government agency or private citizen who’s
property and activity may be required to utilize, and all of their officers, members, organizations, agents and
employees for any injury or death caused by or resulting from my participation in the activities described
above.
I, recognize the dangers inherent in open ocean, and/or jungle activities including horseback riding. I am
assuming the hazard of this risk upon myself since I wish to participate in these activities. I realize I am
subject to injury from theses activities and that no form of pre-planning can remove all the danger that I am
exposing myself to
..
I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE WAIVERS.
