Property Management
Several new properties have been completed recently in our area. The owners of
these properties have made their beach houses available while they are away. Our
Lodge is responsible for the maintenance and satisfaction of the clients.
This provides you the opportunity for a private beach 'casita' for two, waterfront on 5
acres, but still have the security of the Lodge, just a short walk away.....

Casita Rosada - (Perfect for Couples!!)
Rate = $100/night for Lodging. A 2 person ATV can also be provided for $50/day.
We can also have the Lodge provide you an advanced food stocking or you can join us for
some meals and activities. A cell phone is provided for your convenience and security.
'Casita Rosada' is about 0.5 mile walk to the Lodge.

Casita del Cielo - (Also, Perfect for Couples!! - $100/night)
Casita Verde- (Also, Perfect for Familes (3 to 4)!!)
These are pictures of Casita Verde. The waterline is about 50 meters out the front door. This house sits just five feet
above the waterline. With just a short walk to the beach. Outdoor shower with views to the water, as well as, an indoor
kitchen with a view to the sea. The Casita is about 0.6 miles walk to the Lodge.

Rate = $120/day for Lodging for two, $140 for 3, $160 4. A 2 person ATV may also be provided for $50/day.
Casa Manana - (Sleeps 4 to 6, Privacy, with owners upstairs, sometimes...)
Our friends down the block, Dave and Gundula, from Michigan have recently completed their entire home, and it's
beautiful. Needless to say, they want to take some time away from 'their baby' and have decided that they would make
it available to our guests, as well. The downstairs portion of the home has a footprint of 3000 ft2, with about 2500 ft2
of that being interior space. The deck and surrounding walkway is fabulous though.
Depending on their plans, the downstairs will be available for a 3 night minimum at $150/night for the first couple, then
$20 for the next 2. The downstairs sleeps 4. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bed is currently a
double. A double bed can also go out to the Living room for a separate (set by day) sleeping space. It is a 2 bedroom
downstairs, but with the living room, works fine as a third sleeping space. The house is a mix of rich wood, tile and
concrete. It really is very mediterranean in design and finished nicely. The property is 20 acres with 750 ft of private
beach in front of you. When the owners are in town, they will be staying in the upstairs apartment, with their two dogs -
Stryder and Kenya. The dogs are no problem and play with my 7 year old, constantly.....

are provided (broom, mop, dustpan, in case there's an accident) We do request that you compost your garbage, as
appropriate, and participate in our recycling programs. We have separate bins provided for all and we'll do a quick
orientation upon your arrival. The trash is secured in a closed room in back and picked up daily, to be burned. A
second set of sheets and towels is available in a storage closet.
