Lodging features:
Our kitchenettes are nicely stocked
with pots, pans, knives, cutlery,
culendars, etc. The private baths have
hot water. All units share refrigeration
in a central area.
Our kitchenettes are 13 x 40', supporting a one
week to multi-month stay. All the rooms have open
water views. We have six kitchenettes available.
Three of the kitchenettes are
pictured here. (ground floor)
Family Homes
Our family homes are 2200 sq ft supporting a one week to multi-month stay. These are our own homes, but we're not
always here....The homes are fully furnished, with a full kitchen and deck views to the water and surrounding areas. The
first set of pictures is 'Mark and Lisa's House'. When we're not here, you're welcome to it......This home sleeps six. There
are 2 queen size beds and a day bed with a pullout. Bugs are really not an issue at our site, people are always surprised
at how clear and bug free the evenings are. (This is not the case on the 'lagoon side' of Bocas) We close the doors only
for hard storms (typically - November). The offshore breezes keep the temperatures at a comfortable 80 degrees.
The second home is 'Lonnie and Gail's home'. (Pictures below) Their home is also available when they're not here, which
is frequently....The home is similar to the previous home and very 'light and airy'. Sunsets are right off the west corner of the
deck. Perfect breezes and light waves in the background make it a perfect hammock spot....This home sleeps six, one king
size and two queen size. Here are a few shots around the house. The outdoor shower, just off the master bathroom, is where
the howler monkeys come through regularly...We don't need alarm clocks as the howlers and green amazon parrots will
typically wake us around 6:30 am. Any questions, please contact us via the contact sheet below.

Our kitchenettes have queen size beds, 4 burner stoves/ countertops.
There's a reading desk/chair, small fans for air circulation. (The
temperature stays at or below 80degs. It's much hotter in town) We do
not have nor need AC. It's very comfortable out here. You definitely need
AC in town, but not out here. The light ocean breezes keep it just right.
(I just returned from CO, mid Nov-07, and am quite comfortable)
Common Space
The Lodge consists of three large buildings (pictured, below, left) The center building is all common space for Apartments
and houses to meet/enjoy. There are BBQ's, rocking chairs, you can pull out tables to play games, with a sea view out to
Bird Island/Swan's Cay and to Costa Rica (most days). The Lodge kitchen is the center building, upstairs.
