As we are now starting our third year of operation, we solicit feedback from each guest
throughout their stay, as to what works and appeals to them, or what we should consider
changing or creating. This has helped us rapidly maximize our customer's experience.
They each came to the Lodge under different circumstances and at different times of the
year.

In the meantime, here is some of the feedback through this fall, 2008:
1) June 2008. We are having a great time at Swan's Cay lodge. I have been to a lot of places and worked with a lot
of lodge managers and I can honestly say Ormelio is world class. He is taking good care of us. We really enjoy him
and the rest of the staff here. Chris Lowder- Offshore Adventures- ESPN
2) 'Beds, food, location, hosts and activities are fantastic. We'll be back, and are considering buying property in the
area. We'll definitely recommend the Lodge to our friends'. - Morrison family, Virginia, USA.

3) 'We'd read a bad review from last year and brought our own food. Once we saw what was being served, we quickly
changed our minds. The food was great. The hikes were great. The location and experience was great. We will

4) 'I liked it so much, we came back, with my best friend and his new bride. Boat tours and hikes were great, and I

5) 'While it is true that the Lodge is well out of town, once we spent an afternoon in town, we were ready to get back
to the pristine nature of the Lodge. We've enjoyed the boat trips and the walks to the surrounding areas. We've

7) 'We would have stayed longer and cancelled our other reservation for another hotel in Bocas. Unfortunately, you
did not have space for us to extend our stay...we enjoyed our time at your Lodge - Bob Swan Family, Toronto,

12)I just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful time over Christmas. Your lodge felt like a second home to us,
which was exactly how you had described it to us. Ormellio really made the trip for us. His knowledge of the area was
invaluble. He worked extremely hard to make sure that we had a great time. Also, our rooms were always cleaned ve
ry well. The waves were too big to kayak, so I will have to return with my family next year to kayak our to the island.

13) " I wanted to let you know how we felt about our vacation trip to your home/apts last Feb. We had a great time it
was exactliy the type of vacation spot we loved. The accommodations were great and your organization with Ormelio
was the best. He was great to work with and we enjoyed his personality. The trip was a true adventure and one I
would recommend to any one. We felt truly safe in every way, when Ormelio thought we were a little questionable (
our water skills were not the best) he helped make sure we were safe and watched over us like we were his children.
The whole family and I had a great time with the location, staff and Ormelio. The food was good and very tasty. Feb

14) We had a beautiful, adventurous, cozy and enlightening honeymoon, you have a wonderful spot and an

15) We had a wonderfully relaxing time at The Lodge! Ormelio was a great host, always helpful and
accommodating! Our apartment was nice and clean, and a there was a vase of beautiful tropical flowers on the
counter. The setting is so remote and lovely that we had pletty of island jungle and beach to explore. We only
regretted not being able to speak Spanish, though fortunately Ormelio speaks English very well. We thoroughly

20) We had a fantastic trip to Panama. We really loved the country - the diverse wildlife, geography, and lovely
people. Your place is such a haven - we were able to combine relaxation with adventure - just perfect for us! The
white faced monkeys greeted us and we were able to watch a sloth from the dining area. Your staff is exceptional -
Maura, Enrique, and Ormelio's family took great care of us. Ormelio is especially attentive and made sure we were
safe and happy the whole time. Hiking with him and a boat trip with Enrique showed us sides of Bocas we wouldn't
