As we are now starting our third year of operation, we solicit feedback from each guest
throughout their stay, as to what works and appeals to them, or what we should consider
changing or creating. This has helped us rapidly maximize our customer's experience.
They each came to the Lodge under different circumstances and at different times of the
year.

In the meantime, here is some of the feedback through this fall, 2007:
1) 'Beds, food, location, hosts and activities are fantastic. We'll be back, and are considering buying property in the
area. We'll definitely recommend the Lodge to our friends'. - Morrison family, Virginia, USA.

2) 'We'd read a bad review from last year and brought our own food. Once we saw what was being served, we quickly
changed our minds. The food was great. The hikes were great. The location and experience was great. We will

3) 'I liked it so much, we came back, with my best friend and his new bride. Boat tours and hikes were great, and I

to the pristine nature of the Lodge. We've enjoyed the boat trips and the walks to the surrounding areas. We've
